As a visual person, setting the tone to maintain the styles and ideas takes time and energy. Whether you are a visual person like me or not, using your imagination, mood boards, and coming up with your own color schemes are the essentials towards setting the energetic frequency. Find your aesthetics through movies, TV shows, magazines, social media outlets such as Pinterest and Tumblr. I started to discover my personal aesthetics through Tumblr when I was 15 years old back in 2015.It was at that time where I viewed many things that screamed “Taylor”. The passion behind expressing yourself goes a long way and you would be surprised at yourself and the inner talents that are just waiting to shine.
The energetic frequency of your style must be about you and only you. I always like to see myself as this mystical goddess who likes to doll herself up in mysterious ways while keeping it classy, and fun. When I was a little girl, I would make sure to stand outside of the crowd in every way possible despite the societal norms which honestly were boring and not up to my standards. I continue with the same philosophy in the present time. It is okay to be yourself and not fit into anything that society expects of you. Supertyphoon Mami comes from my mystical attraction to storms that I have had since I was a little girl and the inspiration my favorite Marvel character from X-Men “Storm”. If Supertyphoon Mami were to be a character in the MCU, she would be the Villian against Storm. I am all for embodying the feminine aspect of the most dangerous storm in the world because it gives me the power and strength to move through life in a catastrophic form. WHITEWOLF represents the sensual, ethereal, and nurturing side of me which also symbolizes in my Native American Heritage. Blue Pantheress represents the go-getter, electric, and assertive side of me which also symbolizes my African American Heritage.
