Pampering is a girl’s best friend when it comes down to self care. Pampering should be one of the top priorities on your list going forward in your daily or weekly beauty regimen. My pampering routine is almost like a beauty ritual with a spiritual touch added to the mix. While most would say that pampering yourself would be beneficial for you externally, it can actually benefit you internally. My pampering routine consists of natural, vegan, and cruelty-free products.
Let’s take a look at Taylor’s pampering routine down below:
Skincare: Cleansing the skin with CeraVe SA Cleanser and applying CeraVe moisturizer/serum.
Bath: Pour 2 cups of either of my favorites: Dr Teals Rosemary, Pink Himalayan, or CBD Epsom Salt.
Optional: Pour a 4th of a cup of rubbing alcohol for muscle aches and pains.
The essential oils Taylor likes to use for aromatherapy:
Rose Oil
Lavender Oil
Optional: For enlightenment, pour either red, yellow, white rose petals or dried lavender for the decoration of your personal spa.
Cleansing: Burn Incense, Sage and/or Palo Santo to cleanse the old energy surrounding you.
