The Routine (Can be done in the evening time):
- Candle or Diffuser for Aromatherapy in vanilla, eucalyptus, ginger, and orange scents.
- Have a clean, cozy environment and low light for the setting.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Pick a yoga practice of your choice: Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Hip Opening Yoga, or Sacral Chakra Yoga
- Breathwork
- Hip Movements – This can be done while sitting or lying on a bed or yoga mat rocking your hips side to side or all around in circular motion for 5-15 minutes.
- Heat ayurvedic or regular massage body oil for 30 seconds to 1 minute and rub on legs and feet for 15 minutes.
- Yoni Steam for 12-15 minutes for cleansing
