In the Supertyphoon Servings series, I’ve been making some delicious treats for today’s recipe. My latest creation is called “Pearl Fudge” and it has a rich history of inspiration from my love wearing pearls all day every day! This fudge will make your mouth water with its easy to prepare ingredients that are sure not only impress but delight anyone who tastes them.”
Ingredients list:
- Blue Candy Melts
- White Chocolate Candy Melts
- Sugar
- Butter
- Marshmallow Creme
- Cotton Candy Essence
- Edible Fairy Dust Glitter
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Food Coloring
- White Sprinkles
Pearl Fudge Recipe:
2 Cups of Sugar
3/4 Cup of Butter
320g Blue Chocolate Candy Melts
3/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
200g Jar of Marshmallow Whipping Cream
1 1/2 teaspoons of Cotton Candy Flavoring
White Sprinkles
Fairy Dust Edible Glitter
Start with spraying your 13×9 cookie sheet with nonstick spray then add parchment paper for the base. In your saucepan, add 2 cups of sugar, 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, and 3/4 cup of butter and stir over low heat until the sugar melts. Once the sugar is dissolved bring the contents to a boil for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add a 200g jar of marshmallow whipping cream and the blue-white chocolate candy melts until all the chips are melted. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of cotton candy flavoring and stir together thoroughly. Pour the fudge mixture onto the cookie sheet and allow it to cool for 2 hours or overnight.
Ganache Recipe:
100g White Chocolate Candy Melts & 50ml Heavy Whipping Cream
1 drop of Black food gel
Mix the cream with White Chocolate and heat up for 20 seconds and stir. Repeat the process until it’s melted. Add 1 drop of black food coloring to get the silver effect from the mix. Pour the mix onto the fudge and dazzle up with White sprinkles and Fairy Dust Glitter on top for the finishing touch. Slice your Fudge into small squares and enjoy your yummy treat!
