In the mornings when I wake up, normally I would lay in the bed scrolling through my newsfeed until I feel ready to move around and start off my day. Recently I have upgraded my morning routine by being more productive and not having my phone as an alarm clock and let Alexa do the talking. Besides my morning hygiene, I have ritual that I do on a daily depending on my schedule and how I feel. This morning ritual is used to empower and charge up energies in a more positive direction for the mind, body, and soul. In order to feel powerful within yourself you need a ritual to add to your morning routine before stepping outside of your living space. I like to make my ritual/routine align with the seasonal changes so that I can feel the vibe.
Aromatherapy: I like to spray my room with the scent of Jasmine, Vanilla, or Eucalyptus.
Bedroom: I straighten up my living space before going into my ritual so that there wouldn’t be any unwanted energies left behind.
Mind and Body: For gaining mental clarity, inner peace, and heightened intuition. I normally meditate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Daily Affirmation: I write down my affirmations for goals and manifestations.
Moon water: I spray my moon water that I charged during the Full Moon on my face and body for aura cleanse. I also spray moon water in my hands and clap 3 times to block the evil spirits from entering my energy.
